ISO is administered by the International Organisation for Standardisation, which has developed standards of business performance that are considered best practice. In order to achieve ISO Certification, organisations are independently audited and certified to be in conformance with these high standards.
Maintaining Certification is a continuing process, involving regular internal and external audits.
ISO Certification was first achieved by Q8 offices in 2009 and has been successfully retained with auditors reporting many improvements. Q8 is currently working towards achieving ISO Certification for every part of our business.
